Chart barcodes are quickly scanned and stored on a wireless barcode scanner, then uploaded to PowerTrac at a docking station in HIM (or other location) for processing.

PowerTrac also enables you to easily import files from other departments in your institution or from offsite storage locations.  PowerTrac ensures that you always have the latest information.
