Clients can email Meta Customer Support at any time. A Customer Support professional will respond on the same day or the next business day. If necessary, a ticket will be created. The client may also be contacted to provide additional information.
Meta offers an online Help Desk, available 24/7. Clients can use the online Help Desk to report a new issue and to track the status of existing issues. Clients can also search the Help Desk Knowledge Base for articles relating to their issue, and to see how those problems were resolved.
