Meta Health Technology Names Barbara Hinkle-Azzara Chief Product Strategist
New York, NY — Meta Health Technology, a full-service provider of health information management solutions, announced that Barbara Hinkle-Azzara, RHIA, has joined the company as Chief Product Strategist, a newly created position. She is responsible for the overall direction and functionality of the company’s product line.
Ms. Hinkle-Azzara brings to her Meta assignment 20 years of experience in health information management at major New York City healthcare institutions. Prior to joining Meta, she was Director of Health Information Management at Lenox Hill Hospital, where she was instrumental in the hospital’s successful revenue cycle improvement process and service excellence/leadership development and training initiatives. Barbara also held a key role in the implementation of Lenox Hill©s Computerized Physician Order Entry system. She has held other senior HIM management positions at Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center, and St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center.
