Meta’s Proven HIM Implementation Methodology

Our Professional Services staff has developed a proprietary methodology that guides clients systematically from initiation to completion, ensuring that your project is completed on time and within budget. Every client is backed by Meta’s expert team of RHIAs and software analysts every step of the way. We guide users through system setup and acceptance testing. We train client staff prior to production and will be there when you begin using the new system. Our clients know that Meta will “move mountains” to ensure a successful, on-time result.

Our clients play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our products. User input enables us to continue to build state of the art HIM solutions that are both feature rich and cost effective. To give clients the greatest possible support and to facilitate the exchange of information, we maintain an active User Group and User Steering Committee.

The User Group meets annually and includes updates from Meta on new development, user presentations and guest speakers. These meetings offer an opportunity for users to compare notes with their peers and to provide Meta staff with direct feedback on products and other issues.

The User Steering Committee plays an important role in ensuring that Meta’s products are on-target in meeting client needs. The Committee reviews user requests for product enhancements and sets priorities for their implementation. They also preview new Meta software in development and provide recommendations for product design.
